After my lack of work last week I got the ball rolling monday night (during the snowfall). I had a successful night painting, the "room we don't' know what to call", is done! I went with COLOR and a color I have never painting a room... wait that's a lie but I am working on the opposite end of the color spectrum.
The rest of the days can be described in 3 words... Husband What Husband. The end is in sight and he has pulling the move date into January. With his abundance of vacations days he is taking Fridays off until we are moved in. I have a silly dream to only more about 1/2 to 3/4 of our belongings but, I'll dive into that another time.
The weekends work was exciting. I got tile for the front entryway, went with super dark tile and super dark grout. We put the first coat of paint on the cabinets. Adam sprayed the doors while I brushed the bases. The dining room walls finally got their final coat of paint, the wainscoting still needs another coat, ugg it's getting to be a thorn in my side. Oh and Adam changed out light switches and outlets. A little job yes but, a big sign that we are almost done.
