Week 4

Final push for paint, our weekdays included paint, paint, and more paint. Our Friday even included a 12 hour paint fest. The fun time included 2 of the best painters in M'town! I can undoubtly say that I had a great time painting until the wee-hours of the morning.

There was a final push for paint because Adam's dad was coming to put in the carpet that weekend. Adam and his dad spent Saturday finishing all the rooms, Sunday was spend on the stairs. I was amazing at how fast the carpet went in in. I am very happy with our choices, visually it makes such a difference. I'm enjoying these big visual changes they are a so rewarding... and who doesn't like instant gratification. Also on Sunday, Adam got started on the hard wood using his dad's professional grade nailer. The nailer needs to be returned by January 4th. Lucky for us Adam loves deadlines and he doesn't work the last week of the year.

I spent Sunday picking up the girls' furniture and some other must haves for their rooms. I had been waiting for a phone call to let us know that their beds where in... finally I called and surprise-surprise the beds where in. Funny how that always works out.
